Adonal David Foyle, better know for his ten seasons with the Golden State Warriors who last played for the Orlando Magic of the NBA, has found a new opponent off the court. Turns out, Foyle takes to Words With Friends against other basketball notables and earning the reputation for a copious vocabulary. His latest victim: Eight-time NBA all-star Vince Carter.
Vince is so mad at me. I murdered him. I’ve beat him like 15 straight times. He can’t beat me — and he knows it. – Adonal Foyel
Carter is no weak opponent, he co-holds the NBA playoff record for most three-point field goals made in one game (9), that means something when confronting triple-word scores, right?
Foyel admits that trash talking is part of the game, referring to the ability to text – for free – with any Words With Friends opponent. This is another story demonstrating that Words With Friends connects all types, whether on road trips, between games, or off-hours.
For this we commend Foyle, Vince, and the rest of the Words With Friends loving NBA. Play on friends.
